Free Rx Medication Cards
Many residents in Delaware were a part of a survey. In 2009, Over a third of uninsured adults said that they did not fill a drug prescription in the past year due to cost. Skipping doses or simply not taking a medication to save money can be extremely dangerous to your health.
The Community Assistance Program can assist individuals who have lost their prescription coverage by offering them a free discount pharmacy card. These cards are already activated and can be printed out online and taken to their participating pharmacy. There are over 56,000 pharmacies that accept the Rx card.
These drug cards are not associated by a person’s name and can be used by anyone. Our free prescription drug cards can not only be used in Delaware but can also be used anywhere in the United States.
The Rx Discount cards can be printed out at our website by clicking on the “Print Now“. Cut out the card image and take to your participating local pharmacy to receive your discount on your medications. Once the pharmacy has this card on file, you will never have to give the card to them again.
Some of the local pharmacies include, Acme Savon Pharmacy Happy Harry’s, Market Street Pharmacy, ShopRite Pharmacy.
