Many residents in Montana are a part of this survey. In a 2009 survey, over a third of uninsured adults said that they did not fill a drug prescription in the past year due to cost. Skipping doses or simply not taking a drug medication to save money can be extremely dangerous to your health.
The Community Assistance Program can assist individuals who have lost their prescription coverage by offering them a free discount drug card. These cards are already activated and can be printed out online and taken to their participating pharmacy. There are over 56,000 pharmacies that accept the Rx drug card. Some of the local pharmacies in Montana include Albertsons, Osco Pharmacy, Shopko, Wal-Mart Pharmacy.
The discount drug cards are offered through our Community Assistance Program and can be sent directly to you. These cards can?be printed out at our website by clicking on the “Print Now” button.
